The Taming of The Shrew Heather Galoska

Heather Galoska is thrilled to be involved in the inaugural production for TenBareToes Entertainment.  The best part of the experience is having the opportunity to be creatively involved with two dear friends, the director Anita, and her co-costumer Adrienne.

Heather has done historical clothing as a hobby for a number of years now, having made clothing from the Norse, Saxon, Norman, 14th Century and Tudor eras.  The Taming of the Shrew is the fourth show for which Heather has been a costumer.  She assisted with costuming for KWLT’s Captain Hook’s Revenge and The Beggar’s Opera, and she was head costumer for KWLT’s The Importance of Being Earnest.  Although historical costuming can be challenging (with the odd bodice flying across the room because it’s not working) Heather loves the opportunities to learn new things and stretch her creative wings.
