Welcome to my dream come true. I know it sounds corny, but I have been dreaming of my own theatre company for probably most of the last 20 years. I’ve been doing theatre for over 30 years now, pretty much since I was a kid and realised that I could make people laugh by doing silly things in front of them. I’ve worked all over the community theatre scene, dabbled in professional theatre, and waited for an opportunity to start this.

The idea is to bring the work ethic and many of the tools of the professional theatre world and meld them with the enthusiasm and joy that is amateur theatre.

We’re starting small, as we’re a new company. Summer 2010 will launch our first production, The Taming of the Shrew. Casting & production plans are already well underway. Please go to the information about Shrew to find out more.

Excitement about TenBareToes is already growing. We are already in early planning for the next 2 shows after Shrew.

For me, theatre is about the anticipation as the lights dim, the audience hushes & the curtain rises. Come share the exhilaration.
